Community Organizations

  • Community Action Project of Tulsa County (Tulsa, OK) partnered with D2D in the creation and testing of Refunds to Assets in every tax season since 2004.
  • Boston EITC Coalition (Boston, MA) has offered savings bonds as an R2A-IV and R2A-V site
  • Baltimore CASH (Rochester, NY) has offered savings bonds as an R2A-IV and R2A-V site
  • The Center for Economic Progress (Chicago, IL) has participated in R2A-III and R2A-V
  • Rochester CASH (Rochester, NY) participated in R2A-V
  • The Campaign for Working Families (Philadelphia, PA) participated in R2A-V
  • Nehemiah Gateway Community Development Corporation (Wilmington, DE) participated in R2A-V

Industry

  • H&R Block and H&R Block Bank (Kansas City, MO) have been key partners in R2A, providing a platform to offer refund-splitting (R2A3) and US Savings Bonds (R2A-IV and R2A-V) at VITA sites at no cost to tax clients.
  • Bank of Oklahoma (Tulsa, OK) partnered with CAPTC and D2D to offer Refunds to Assets in Tulsa in 2004 and helped to expand the program in the 2005 tax season.
  • FleetBoston Financial (now Bank of America) (Boston, MA) launched an extensive product development effort with D2D to pilot test Online IDA.
  • SunGard Data Systems (Birmingham, AL) through its Employee Benefit Systems division has been D2D's key partner in the development of Online IDA, which runs on SunGard's flagship OmniPlus recordkeeping system.
  • Centra Credit Union (Clarksville, IN) partnered with D2D and Harvard Business School to launch the first test of a Prize-Linked Savings product in the U.S.
  • The Filene Research Institute (Madison, WI) has supported D2D’s ZMET consumer research and introduced D2D to credit union partners for Prize-Linked Savings and other initiatives.
  • Wright-Patt Credit Union (Dayton, OH) has tested the findings of D2D’s ZMET research in a marketing campaign tailored to low and moderate income households.
  • Nets to Ladders (Austin, TX) joined forces with D2D to develop “SavingsPoint,” a remote deposit account opening system for financial institutions and community organizations.
  • Metaversal Studios (Boston, MA) is working with D2D to create prototypes of video games for Financial Literacy.
