Tornado Victim Saves in Series I Bonds, Wins $10,000

Myra Jackson, who lost her home in the April 2011 tornadoes, is the first grand-prize winner in Impact Alabama's SaveNow WinLater initiative. The program combines two of D2D's favorite things: Prize-Linked Savings and Tax Time Savings Bonds.
