D2D's 2011-2014 Strategic Plan outlines how the organization will expand its work and increase its social impact over the next thee and a half years. After a fast-paced and rich first decade, punctuated by several milestone achievements, Executive Director Tim Flacke and the Board of Directors agreed the organization needed to undergo a formal strategic planning process.
